RoadKing.tech — Privacy Policy
Effective Date: June 12, 2026 Last Updated: June 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Iglesias Industries, LLC (d/b/a RoadKing.tech) ("RoadKing," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit our website at roadking.tech (the "Site") or use our dispatch services (the "Services").
Plain-language summary (non-binding): We collect the information needed to dispatch your trucks — your contact info, carrier credentials, load preferences, communications with us and brokers, payment info via Stripe, and operational data. We use it to run the service. We share with vetted vendors (Stripe, Anthropic, IONOS, Twilio, etc.) to make the service work. We don't sell your personal information. We honor your rights under California, EU, and other applicable privacy laws. AI is involved — your conversations help us improve broadly but we don't expose you individually. Reach us at [email protected].

6. HOW WE SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION
We do not sell your personal information. We share personal information in the following circumstances:

Note on Anthropic: We use Anthropic's Claude API to perform reasoning, message drafting, and classification. Per Anthropic's commercial API terms, your inputs are not used to train Anthropic's models by default. We do not knowingly send sensitive personal information (e.g., government identifiers, financial account numbers, health information) to Anthropic except to the extent strictly necessary for an authorized Service function.
6.2 Brokers and Shippers
When we act on your behalf as your dispatch agent, we share carrier identity, contact, and load-related information with brokers, shippers, and consignees as necessary to source, negotiate, and execute loads. Each outbound communication includes a disclaimer identifying our role and the carrier on whose behalf we are acting (see Section 3 of 03_broker_disclaimer.md).
6.3 Legal Requirements
We may share personal information when required to do so by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process; to comply with regulatory requests; to protect the rights, property, or safety of RoadKing, our users, or others; or to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected fraud, security incidents, or violations of our Terms.
6.4 Business Transfers
If RoadKing is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify affected users by email or prominent notice on the Site.
6.5 With Your Consent
We may share personal information for purposes not described above with your consent.
6.6 Mobile Information and SMS Consent
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS/text-messaging opt-in consent with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile phone numbers collected for text messaging are used only to send the messages you have opted into (such as signup links, account and onboarding notifications, verification codes, and support replies) and are shared only with our SMS provider (Twilio) and the mobile carriers as necessary to deliver those messages. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. See our Terms of Service, Section 16, for full SMS program terms.
7. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
7.1 We use cookies and similar technologies (web beacons, local storage, device fingerprinting) on the Site for:
- Strictly necessary purposes: session management, authentication, security
- Functional purposes: remembering preferences (language, etc.)
- Analytics (with your consent): understanding page views, scroll depth, section views, and clicks through our first-party event log and PostHog
- Device recognition (with your consent): we compute a first-party device identifier ("visitor ID") from browser and device characteristics using self-hosted FingerprintJS. We use it to distinguish returning visitors from new ones and to detect referral and affiliate fraud. The identifier, your IP address, browser user-agent, and the page you viewed are recorded in our own logs on our own servers. It is not shared with any third party and is not used for advertising.
7.2 We do not use cookies or device fingerprinting for behavioral advertising or cross-site tracking.
7.3 Optional analytics does not run until you select Allow analytics. You can change that choice at any time through Cookie settings in the Site footer or through your browser settings. Disabling necessary cookies may impair account features.
8. DATA RETENTION
8.1 We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and to comply with legal obligations.

9.2 California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights:
(a) Right to Know — request disclosure of the categories of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, purposes for collection, categories of third parties with whom we share, and specific pieces of personal information.
(b) Right to Delete — request deletion of personal information we have collected (subject to exceptions).
(c) Right to Correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information.

(a) Access, Rectification, Erasure, Restriction, Objection, and Portability as set forth in Articles 15–22 GDPR.
(b) Withdraw Consent — for processing based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time.
(c) Lodge a Complaint with your local supervisory authority. A list is available at https://edpb.europa.eu/about-edpb/about-edpb/members_en.
(d) Object to Automated Decision-Making — we use automated decision-making (AI agents) in the course of providing Services. You may request human review of any decision that significantly affects you, including any load policy evaluation that prevented a load from proceeding.
9.4 Other US State Residents
Residents of other US states with comprehensive privacy laws (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and others as enacted) have similar rights. We extend the California-resident process to these states; email [email protected] to exercise your rights.
10. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The Services are not directed to individuals under eighteen (18) years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.
11. SECURITY
11.1 We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These include:
- TLS encryption for data in transit;
- At-rest encryption for stored data;
- Access controls and least-privilege principles for our systems;
- Audit logging of administrative actions;
- Vendor due diligence and data processing agreements with sub-processors;
- Regular security reviews and updates.
11.2 No security measure is perfect. We cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach involving your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.
12. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
12.1 RoadKing operates primarily in the United States. If you are located outside the US (including in the EU, UK, or EEA), your personal information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
12.2 When such transfers occur, we rely on appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where applicable. By using the Services, you consent to such transfers.
13. AI-SPECIFIC DISCLOSURES
13.1 Many functions of the Services are powered by AI, including but not limited to: load evaluation, negotiation message drafting, broker response analysis, and exception handling. AI-generated outputs may contain errors and should be reviewed by humans before acting upon them. The Services are designed with multiple human checkpoints, including the requirement that all load bookings receive explicit driver approval.
13.2 We use third-party AI providers (currently Anthropic) to perform inference. Inputs sent to these providers may include load details, driver preferences, and message content. Per Anthropic's commercial terms, inputs are not used to train Anthropic's foundation models by default.
13.3 We use anonymized and aggregated data from the Services to improve our own prompts, policies, and operational logic. This includes building a proprietary dataset of broker negotiation outcomes to improve future negotiation strategy. Such data is not attributable to any individual carrier when used for improvement purposes.
14. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
14.1 We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the Services, or applicable law. Material changes will be communicated by email and posted on the Site at least thirty (30) days before they take effect (or earlier if required by law).
14.2 The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy reflects the most recent revision.
