No. RoadKing searches and negotiates, then puts the offer in front of you — lane, rate, broker, miles, key terms. Nothing books until you approve it. That rule is enforced in the software itself, not just policy.
Both, honestly. RoadKing is an AI-assisted dispatch service with human oversight. The AI does the fast work — searching, filtering, negotiating inside your rules. Real people review exceptions, unclear broker terms, and anything that needs judgment. You're not left alone with an app.
$300 a week, flat. No percentage of gross, no per-load fees, no setup fee. You keep 100% of the negotiated linehaul.
If RoadKing doesn't book you a single load in a paid week, that week is credited back automatically. We don't get comfortable charging you for nothing.
Yes — RoadKing dispatches for motor carriers running under their own MC authority, from single-truck owner-operators to small fleets. If you're between authorities or just getting set up, join the list and tell us where you are; we'll let you know when you're eligible.
That's the whole point. Your dispatch policy sets your lanes, no-go states, deadhead limits, rate floor, equipment, and home-time rules. RoadKing only brings you loads that fit it.
Yes. Some brokers restrict newer authorities, and RoadKing accounts for that in the search instead of wasting your time on loads you can't get. Tell us your authority age during onboarding.
Spanish-language support is being onboarded now. You can set your language preference today and we'll communicate accordingly as bilingual support rolls out. Se habla español — pronto.
Dry van, reefer, flatbed, step deck, and power-only. If you run something else, ask — the policy engine is equipment-aware and we're adding types based on demand.
Anytime, no long-term contract. Billing is week to week — cancel from your account and you simply aren't charged again.
Tell us and we pause your billing while you're parked — week-to-week billing means you're never paying for dispatch you can't use. There's no long-term contract holding you to a down week.
No. RoadKing is a dispatch service acting as the authorized agent of the carriers who hire us, under a dispatch agreement and limited power of attorney you approve. We work for the driver, not the load.
Real people review the edges: broker disputes, unclear rate-con terms, compliance flags, account setup, and anything the AI escalates. The fast lane is automated; the judgment calls have a human in them.
