Trust rules

What RoadKing will never do.

Dispatch only works if the driver trusts the operator. These are the rules RoadKing is built around, in plain English.

Never book without your approval

RoadKing can search, filter, negotiate, and recommend. The driver approves every load before it books.

Never take a percentage of your gross

$300/week flat means RoadKing does not get a raise just because you ran harder.

Never force dispatch

Your policy defines lanes, no-go states, deadhead limits, rate floor, equipment, and home-time rules.

Never move below your floor

Rate-floor checks are deterministic. A below-floor offer is rejected or escalated before it becomes a recommendation.

Never hide the dispatch math

RoadKing shows the rate, miles, broker, policy checks, and why an offer reached you.

Never pretend AI is the driver

Broker communication represents RoadKing as the authorized dispatch service, not as you personally.

Never ignore unclear terms

Broker disputes, ratecon mismatches, accessorial issues, and compliance flags go to human review.

Never sell guarantees we cannot control

Freight volume, rates, broker approval, and revenue depend on market, equipment, authority age, lanes, and paperwork.

Start with a fit check.

RoadKing should not take every truck. Run the audit first so the team can review your authority, equipment, lanes, rate floor, and paperwork before asking you to pay.
